1. Definitions
- “Company,” “We,” “I,” “Our,” or “Us” means Compassionate Souls LLC, doing business as Mystic Christina, and Christina in her capacity as owner.
- “Content” means the written, visual, or audio material on the Site, including social media posts, blog content, and materials shared during or after a session.
- “Personal Information” means any information that can be used to contact, identify, locate a person. This can include name, email address, address, etc.
- “Services” means all sessions, and any other intuitive readings, energy work, channelings, educational content, or spiritual guidance offered by Mystic Christina and Compassionate Souls LLC.
- “You” or “Your” means anyone using the Site or participating in the Services.
2. Spiritual, Not Professional, Services
Mystic Christina provides intuitive guidance, spiritual mentorship, and energy work intended to support your own self-discovery and spiritual exploration. Sessions may involve intuitive impressions, channeling, meditation, energetic protection, past-life exploration, or similar spiritual concepts. This information is offered for your personal reflection and discernment it is not intended to state objective facts about your life, health, or future.
We are not medical providers, mental health professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors, and nothing we offer is a substitute for care from one. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact an appropriate professional or crisis service rather than relying on our Services.
3. You’re in Charge
You remain responsible for your own beliefs, decisions, and actions. Nothing here is meant to replace your own judgment or appropriate professional guidance, and you’re never required to accept a particular interpretation or belief we offer. Participation in any practice meditation, energy work, visualization, or otherwise is voluntary; you may pause, modify, or stop at any time, and we encourage you to speak up about any discomfort during a session.
You maintain full responsibility for any decisions made and actions taken based on information discussed or provided during a session, product, or public educational content both during your engagement with us and afterward. (See Section 11 for how this applies to our liability.)
4. Energy Work & Sacred Home Blessings
Energy work and Sacred Home Blessings are offered as spiritual services, not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or physical security measures. References to healing, clearing, or energetic protection describe the spiritual intention behind the work they are not a guarantee that any particular physical, medical, psychological, or property-related outcome will result. You remain responsible for taking whatever practical or professional steps (medical, security, or otherwise) are appropriate for your situation.
For in-person Sacred Home Blessings, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your property, and our Services do not replace appropriate professional inspection, security, or repair services for your home.
5. Readings & Future Guidance
Intuitive readings and channelings reflect a spiritual perspective, not a fixed prediction. Circumstances change, and you shouldn’t rely solely on a reading when making significant medical, legal, financial, or other major life decisions.
6. No Guaranteed Results
Individual experiences vary, and we don’t guarantee any particular result whether that’s healing, transformation, or personal growth from any Service. Testimonials shared on the Site or in marketing reflect one person’s experience and aren’t a promise that you’ll have the same one.
7. Educational & Social Media Content
Free content including social posts, articles, and channeled messages is shared for general educational and spiritual purposes. It’s not individualized advice for your specific circumstances, and it’s subject to the same limitations described throughout this Disclaimer.
8. Scholarships
We may offer scholarships or reduced-cost spots for select Services at our discretion. Submitting an inquiry doesn’t guarantee an award, and any information you share as part of the process will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Recordings & Your Data
With your permission, sessions may be recorded (audio, video, or call recordings), for example, so you can revisit your reading or Soul Truth Journey afterward. We’ll ask for your consent before recording, and you’re free to decline or ask that recording stop at any time during a session.
Recordings and other personal information you share with us are handled according to our Privacy Policy, including how long we keep them and who we share them with. In short: we keep this information only as long as needed to provide your Services and maintain reasonable client records, we don’t sell or share it for marketing purposes, and you can request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. By participating in a recorded session, you consent to that recording and to our handling of it as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. International Clients
If you’re joining us from outside the United States, you’re responsible for confirming that participating in our Services is permitted where you live. Nothing here is legal advice about the laws of any particular jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Compassionate Souls LLC, d/b/a Mystic Christina, and its owner, contractors, and affiliates aren’t liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Services, including your own interpretation of any spiritual or intuitive information provided from services or public social media information. Nothing here waives any right that can’t legally be waived.
Clients bear the responsibility for any decisions that are made based on the information discussed or provided. Compassionate Souls LLC shall not be held liable for any loss or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of services nor any decision made or action taken in reliance upon session or product, or public educational information. You maintain full responsibility for decisions made and actions taken while receiving services or education from Mystic Christina and Compassionate Souls LLC and thereafter.
12. Governing Law
This Disclaimer, and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or the Services, is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time; changes take effect once posted here. Continuing to use the Site or Services afterward means you accept the update.
