Compassionate Souls LLC, d/b/a Mystic Christina Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in its entirety before using mysticchristina.com (the “Site”) or participating in any Mystic Christina or Compassionate Souls LLC offerings. By visiting the Site, booking a Service, or otherwise engaging with us, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Services.

These Terms and Conditions work alongside our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where the Disclaimer already addresses the spiritual nature of our Services and limitations on liability, these Terms and Conditions focus on the business terms of booking, paying for, and using our Services. You must be 18 years or older to use the Site or purchase our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “Booking” means any scheduled session made through our online booking system, by email, or by other agreed means.
  • “Company,” “We,” “I,” “Our,” or “Us” means Compassionate Souls LLC, doing business as Mystic Christina, and Christina in her capacity as owner.
  • “Content” means the written, visual, or audio material on the Site, including social media posts, blog content, and materials shared during or after a session.
  • “Personal Information” means any information that can be used to contact, identify, or locate a person. This can include name, email address, address, etc.
  • “Services” means all sessions, and any other intuitive readings, energy work, channelings, educational content, or spiritual guidance offered by Mystic Christina and Compassionate Souls LLC.
  • “You” or “Your” means anyone using the Site or participating in the Services.

2. Our Services & Scholarships

Services Overview: Current pricing, session length, and availability are listed on our Work With Christina page and may change from time to time. The price and format in effect at the time you book is the price and format that applies to your session. All Services are spiritual, intuitive, and educational in nature. Please review our Disclaimer for important information about the nature of these Services. We are not medical providers, mental health professionals, attorneys, or financial advisors, and nothing we offer is a substitute for care from one. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact an appropriate professional or crisis service rather than relying on our Services. If an emergency occurs, please contact emergency services or dial 988 to reach the U.S. Crisis Lifeline.

Sacred Home Blessings: Currently offered on site in the Denver, Colorado metro area. For other areas or business space blessings, please contact us to inquire. Pricing is provided as a personalized quote before your booking is finalized, based on the size of your space and scope of support requested; you will know the full price before confirming. You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to your property for the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of your property, and this Service does not replace professional inspection, security, or repair services. See Section 4 of our Disclaimer for more detail.

Scholarships: We may, at our sole discretion, offer full or partial scholarships for select Services based on individual circumstances and availability. Submitting a scholarship inquiry does not guarantee an award. Scholarship decisions are final. Information shared as part of a scholarship request is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking system or by other method we specify. A Booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received confirmation from us. We do not store your full payment card information; please see our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Schedule changes: You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session, or no shows, are non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals: If you arrive less than 15 minutes late to a virtual session, we will do our best to make the most of the remaining time, but the session will still end at its scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after start time may be considered missed and non-refundable.
  • Owner reschedule: We reserve the right to reschedule a session on our end (illness, emergency, etc.) and will offer you a new time or a full refund if that happens. If we are unable to reschedule you, you will receive a refund.
  • Discontinued services: I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if it falls outside my scope or misaligns with the intention of my practice. If this occurs before the session, a full refund will be issued.
  • Scholarship sessions: follow the same cancellation policy above unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Recordings & Confidentiality

With your consent, sessions may be recorded so you can revisit them afterward. We will ask before recording, and you may decline or ask that recording stop at any time. Recordings are available for download for 7 days post session, and are handled per our Privacy Policy and are not shared or sold to third parties.

All information shared during sessions will be held in confidence unless disclosure is required by law.

5. Client Responsibility, Consent & Conduct

By booking, you understand and agree that:

  • My work is spiritual and intuitive, meant to support your own reflection and remembering, not to replace a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional. Nothing I share should be treated as a diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee of a particular outcome.
  • Participation in any practice, meditation, energy work, visualization, or otherwise is voluntary; you may pause, modify, or stop at any time, and we encourage you to speak up about any discomfort during a session.
  • You are at least 18 years old, voluntarily choosing to receive these Services, and understand the nature and limitations of energetic and intuitive work. Any use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms.
  • You maintain full responsibility for any decisions made and actions taken based on information discussed or provided during a session, product, or public educational content, both during your engagement with us and afterward. (See Section 7 for how this applies to our liability.)
  • We ask that you engage respectfully during sessions and in any communication with us. We reserve the right to decline service, end a session early, or decline future bookings if a client’s conduct is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. In such cases, refunds for the affected session will be at our discretion.

By using the Site and/or participating in our Services, you voluntarily agree to act in accordance with and abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual Property & Testimonials

All Content on the Site, including text, images, videos, session frameworks, and branding, is owned by Compassionate Souls LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our prior written permission. Any materials, recordings, or written reflections we personally share with you as part of your session are for your own personal use and reflection, not for redistribution or commercial use.

Testimonials published on the Site or in marketing materials reflect one individual’s personal experience and are shared with that person’s permission. They are not a guarantee that you will have the same experience. See Section 6 of our Disclaimer.

7. No Guaranteed Results, Release & Limitation of Liability

As described in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, spiritual, emotional, or otherwise, from any Service. Individual experiences vary.

By using the Site or participating in our Services, you release, forgive, and discharge Compassionate Souls LLC, d/b/a Mystic Christina, and its owner, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities, known or unknown, arising from your use of the Site or participation in the Services, except to the extent such a release is not permitted under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compassionate Souls LLC, d/b/a Mystic Christina, and its owner, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific Service. Nothing in these Terms waives any right that cannot legally be waived. See Section 11 of our Disclaimer for additional detail on liability related to the spiritual nature of our Services.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises, we ask that you first contact us directly at mysticchristina11@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, it will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any legal action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, consistent with our Disclaimer.

9. General Provisions

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted here, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site or book Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, make up the full understanding between you and Compassionate Souls LLC regarding the Site and our Services. Any earlier conversations, emails, drafts, or verbal discussions we may have had, whether electronic, oral, written, or anything else, are not part of this agreement unless we have put them in writing and both agreed to them separately. If something we discussed is not reflected in these documents, it is not part of what governs our relationship.
